Colour affects our sense perceptions, illuminates and disrupts space and exists within a complex structure of language that cannot rationalise its vitality. Historical attempts to contain its energy within hierarchies and organisational structures have done nothing more than cast a discursive net around it. In my mind there is a symbiotic arrangement of energy between Space, Time and light where colour is always present.

These projects look at the fluid transference of energy within this warped circle with concepts of disruption, immersion, emergence and convergence, investigating the ability of colour to disorganise volume and affect sensory perceptions.
